2. Taking a Videocon Prepaid connection is very simple:
 Visit your nearest ‘Videocon’ Showroom/’Next’ Showroom to get a new prepaid
connection.
 2You are required to carry a copy of your latest passport size photograph, address
proof and ID proof..(Click here).
 3On purchasing a new Videocon connection, you will be given a Start up kit* that will
contain your SIM Card, Customer Application form and a booklet giving information
pertaining to the services availed. The SUK will also give the base Tariff* availed and
the terms & conditions** of the services offered.
 4Select a plan that suits your requirement. Our ‘V Help’ executive will take you
through the details of the plan..(Click here).
 5Please fill the Videocon CAF(Customer Application Form) with all the required
details.
 6Paste your passport size photograph on the space provided in the CAF.
 7Please do a self-attestation of all the documents submitted.
 8Your signature on the CAF should match the signature on POA (Proof of Address)
and POI (Proof of Identity).
 9Also mention your PAN card number in the space provided. In case you don’t have a
PAN card, you are required to sign Form 60/61 (which is a part of the CAF).
 10Please pay for the plan you have selected.
 11Your Videocon Number will be activated within next 4 working hours.
