1. Create lot for reprocess
Transfer stock at RP01 location which needs to be reprocessed
Now execute tcode zpppack2
Provide input material and batch and say execute
Select check button and hit pack button
Select this

2. After that you will get new lot no followed by <original lot no> R<no.>
Now you can check stock at RP01 location with new lot no.
2. Create production order for Reprocess (RW02 order type):CO01
Put order qty and press enter, a pop like below will come, say no

3. After that you will get below screen press enter
Provide required work center and their description where material to be reprocessed

4. Put component (eg. material , chemical) which needs during reprocess and assign required operation
Then release and save order
3. Create Reprocess lot card :- t:code:-ZPPLTCF
Provide required input as per below screen

5. After provide input say execute, then you will get lot card
4. Now transfer lot to desired location

6. 5. Start production entry

7. 6. Transfer reprocessed material stock at FQIP(FF01 location)
