BlueBridge Networks is a data center and managed services provider founded in 2004 that has grown to service over 100 organizations. It operates a highly reliable and secure data center in Cleveland, Ohio that provides redundant power, cooling, generators, fiber connectivity and security. The data center aims to achieve 100% power availability and 99.99% network availability for colocated customers through its strict service level agreements.
17. Cleveland Data Center The Cleveland Data Center rests upon anti-static 19" raised floor, and is constructed with two physical layers of concrete reinforced material.
18. The Data Center is supplied by diversely distributed and surge protected utility power. External Power Source Input (Utility + Generator + Generator) Main Distribution Panel “A” (MDPA) Primary “A” and “B” Electrical Panels and Surge Suppression Units Main Distribution Panel “B” (MDPB)

23. Power is distributed from the UPS Systems to Power Distribution Units (PDU), strategically located throughout the Data Center. “A” Power Distribution UPS “B” “B” Power Distribution UPS “A”
24. The UPS power is then diversely distributed to the customers’ collocated systems via the Power Distribution Units (PDU). C “A” Power Distribution UPS “B” “B” Power Distribution C C UPS “A”
26. Power Monitoring Systems The Power Distribution Units are equipped with a state-of-the-art proactive electronic monitoring system that will alert BlueBridge personnel of changes in electrical load levels for every individual branch circuit. Powerware PowerXpert Gateway Proactive Infrastructure Monitoring
27. Generator Systems Utility Power is backed by two diesel Generators with a capacity of 2.1 Megawatts and 1.7 Megawatts and are controlled by redundant ASCO Auto transfer switches. The 2.1 Megawatt diesel generator is supplied by a fuel supply of 6,800 gallons and the 1.7 Megawatt diesel generator has a fuel capacity of 8,800 gallons. Caterpillar 2.1 Megawatt Diesel Generator
28. Generator Systems Auto Transfer Switches Redundant (A+B) ASCO auto transfer switches instantaneously failover the external power feed to generator power should utility feeds drop below acceptable levels.
29. Generator Systems BlueBridge supplies the regions 911 Emergency Services Response Center with backup generator power. BlueBridge customers enjoy an advantage over other data centers due to a priority status conferred upon BlueBridge by refueling providers.
30. Environmental Systems Constant temperature and humidity control is maintained by 300 tons of HVAC cooling, distributed via a pressurized downdraft system under 19” of raised floor. Liebert 20 ton HVAC Units
31. Environmental Systems The Cleveland Data Center is protected by a state-of-the-art laser air sampling fire detection technology, backed by a pre-action, double interlocked dry pipe fire protection system. The air sampling system is capable of detecting particles of combustion as low as 0.0015%/ft (0.005%/m), which is 2000 times more sensitive than conventional smoke detectors. The higher sensitivity of the detector allows it to detect low energy fires even in high airflow environments, which tend to dilute smoke concentrations. Fenwal AnaLASER HSSD
32. Security Network Operations Center (NOC) 24x7x365 Monitors the security and video systems Provides access control for physical security. Physical patrols of the data center occur on a regular basis around the clock.
33. Security BlueBridge’s state-of-the-art security system Maintains access control to authorized personnel via proximity card and key pad at all data center entrances. Monitored by two redundant and geographically diverse monitoring centers, as well as the BlueBridge NOC. Video surveillance is applied at every entrance and throughout the data center facility. Recorded archives are maintained for a minimum of 90 days.
34. Security Uniformed lobby security guards control access to the building entrances and elevators after hours, on weekends, and holidays. There is no access to the 5th floor and data center off hours that is unescorted. Regular patrols of the entire building occur after hours, weekends and holidays.

In order to survive and grow in this economic climate, we must focus individually on each customer. An example is during our proposal phase, we look at each customer and submit a proposal and pricing that will accommodate their current and future needs. What you will NOT get from us is pick-list pricing. We are a full disclosure company. Top – down. PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard). The standard was created to help organizations that process card payments prevent credit card fraud through increased controls around data and its exposure to compromise. The standard applies to all organizations which hold, process, or pass cardholder information from any card branded with the logo of one of the card brands.SAS70-Type II - Statement on Auditing Standards (quarterly 3rd party audits). SAS 70 defines the professional standards used by a service auditor to assess the internal controls of a service organization and issue a service auditor’s report. Service organizations are typically entities that provide outsourcing services that impact the control environment of their customers.
Our Cleveland datacenter is located downtown, on the fifth floor, in the Sterling Building on Euclid & E. 13th Street.
We have diverse feeds from two separate substations entering our building and powering our A & B power panels.
Liebert Interceptor surge suppressor provides facility-wide surge suppression and EMI/RFI filtering at service entrance and distribution panels.
We have a total of 22 minutes of UPS power, although it only takes 4 seconds for the diesel generators to engage and start supplying power.
Provides Web-enabled, real-time monitoring of three-phase Powerware® Power Distribution Units, Remote Power Panels, Rack Power Modules, for power quality status and fast response to power-related events.
We have nearly 16k gallons of diesel fuel onsite to power these generators incase of a long term power outage. We can run for 200 without refueling. These generators are run monthly for 30-60 minutes, quarterly PM and gas sample, yearly – full load test.
Diesel generators kick on within 4 seconds after a drop in power. These generators engines are kept warm to prevent cold starts.
We provide backup generator power to 911 services, we are thereby granted right to first refueling in the county incase of a disaster.
