Cleaning; sorting and grading Aspergillus toxins Remove potential contaminated kernels / remove easily infested kernels and remove carriers of heavy fungal innoculums/ avoid moisture retention during storage Drying Aspergillus toxins Arrest proliferation of toxigenic fungi at all stages of handling.
