4. Board and Management
Tim Towers,BA(Econ), B Comm(Hon), President
Mr. Towers has 30 years experience in accounting, administration and business management. From 1995 to 1998, he was the President and
the CEO of Conquest Yellowknife Resources Ltd. (now known as Conquest Resources Limited). Prior to that, Mr. Towers served as the
Chief Accountant, Assistant Controller and Controller for various industrial concerns in Southwestern Ontario and was also a corporate
secretary and accountant for Temex Resources Corp and YGC Resources Ltd. Since 1991 he has also been the President, the Chief
Executive Officer and a Director of First Place Express Inc., a private courier company.
Raymond L. Lashbrook, Vice-President, Exploration
Mr. Lashbrook has 38 years experience in mineral exploration, mine engineering and geology. He worked for Geophysical Engineering
(later Teck Exploration), Kidd Creek Mine, Sherritt-Gordon Mines in Leaf Rapids, Manitoba, Falconbridge, and Noramco Exploration Ltd.

mineral processing equipment. John was also President of Oro Blanco Resources, a junior public gold and silver mining exploration

Stephen G. Mlot, P.Eng, Director
Mr. Mlot has been the Manager of Engineering Services for N.A.R. Environmental Consultants Inc since June 1999. From October 1996
until January 1999 he was President of Patricia Mining Corp., and a Director from October 1996 to September 2002. His experience in the
mining industry has been focussed on project evaluation and feasibility analysis, mine planning, mine development and operations, and
mine-site construction.
