Trying to make experiences more meaningful and pleasurable with an emphasis on realizing business objectives.Understanding behaviours, the underlying needs and driving motivations is a key activity I dive in before each design phase.
I'm lucky to know that I really don't know much. It helps me to observe and listen. At times this enables me to look at things in a new way, despite an ever increasing attention deficit. ;-)
My quest of understanding is a long one and everybody I meet makes this adventure only more enriching. Looking forward to connect and share experiences.
