INTRODUCTION
Organizational concept one of the latest concept in the field of management and
organizational theory has derived metaphorically from the idea of “cultivation of soil".
Its all about pervasive values ,beliefs and attitude that characterize a company and
guide its practices. To compete in the global market, it is important for business
leader to distinguish among values held in various culture of organization.
Organizational performance has been related to: Open culture/strong culture or a
open or weak culture. Culture is transmitted through the process of socialization
where come to know about it structure, processes, system, norms and expected
manners pattern. Culture is transferred through stories, rituals, languages, symbols
and gestures.
JUST as water is invisible to the fish swimming in it ,yet affects their actions,
Culture consists of unseen elements such as assumptions and values that
