      Counts L-4 and 6 of this Indictment are hereby realleged and

purpose of alleging forfeitures pursuant to Title 1,8, United States
Code, Section 924(d) (1), in conjunction with Title                 28, United
States Code, Section 2461- (c) .

serial number 227-l-9080, sixty (50) rounds of Wolf brand 7.62 x             39

caliber ammunition,      1-000 rounds    of .22 caliber Remington brand
ammunition, a Romanian GP WASR-1O 7. 52 x .39 caliber semi*automatic
assault rif1e,      serial number 1959 CE22O7, a Norinco Model               97

shotgun, serial number MlL3l-47, and a           Rohm Model    66 .22 caliber
revolver, serial number 18205279, al-1 in violation of Title 18,
United States Code, Sections 922(g) (l) , 922(n) , 924 (a) (Z),
924(a) (D) and 924 (d) (1), and Title 28, United States Code, Section
2461(c).
