National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees 46th Annual Seminar.
Dear friend of Chapter 13,
The National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees (NACTT) is dedicated to the highest standards
of education relative to the Chapter 13 practice. For 46 years, NACTT has hosted an annual edu-
cational conference that has grown to an average attendance of more than one thousand pro-
fessionals who gather together to discuss complex consumer bankruptcy issues and recent de-
velopments. Our attendees include trustees, judges, lawyers representing debtors and creditors,
certified public accountants and other insolvency-related professionals from all 50 states. The
NACTT firmly believes this seminar is recognized as the leading program in the United States for
Chapter 13 bankruptcy education.
We are pleased to announce the NACTT Academy for Consumer Bankruptcy Education will
again be presenting the education program for the 2011 seminar. Nationally recognized judges,
law professors, trustees and bankruptcy professionals have been engaged as speakers for the pro-
gram.
However, sponsorships are needed to maintain the high level of the NACTT Annual Seminar.
The NACTT is offering an expanded menu of social and educational sponsorships, designed to
allow individuals and organizations of all sizes the opportunity to participate. Our conference is
scheduled for Wednesday, August 3rd, 2011, through Saturday, August 6th, 2011, at the Anaheim
Marriott . Your generous donation will be recognized in the seminar program, acknowledged at
the seminar, referenced on the NACTT website, and published in the next issue of the NACTT
Quarterly. Sponsors making a commitment prior to February 1, will have their company name
listed in the registration materials. You will also be encouraged to display promotional materials
at the event. In addition, one complimentary seminar registration will be given for each $10,000
donation.
Included, please find a schedule of options and a commitment card. Participants are invited to
sponsor one or more events. Further details regarding the benefits of sponsorship will be provid-
ed upon inquiry. Please consider continuing with a sponsorship, increasing your participation, or
becoming a sponsor for the first time. Your organization and name will be nationally recognized
for being in the forefront of Chapter 13 bankruptcy education.
We appreciate your prompt return of the enclosed sponsorship form to help ensure a successful
seminar. See you Anaheim!
