Was invited by Ford Motors, Rawsonville Plant, USA being their lone window at India and SE Asia Region liaison to
understand their Assembly Line Logistics to which Nippon Express was moving cargo ex-Indian vendors. Was also
invited by M/s B Braun, Germany and M/s Hansen Transmissions Belgium for similar assignment as above. Had to
forego both the above opportunities as I had decided to move out of the organization by them. Nevertheless had an
excellent working relationship with the aforementioned customers which is high potential for high profit and volume
business for the organization even to date.
Part of the Nippon Express Quality Assurance Team that conducted audits on all locations with the objective of
ensuring Customer Satisfaction from the pre-shipment to post-shipment stage including closing of debtor balances.
This team comprises of 6 personnel headed by the Managing Director, 2 Vice Presidents, HR Head and 2 GM’s.
Was part of the of the core team that designed the pan-India Inbound Logistics project awarded to Nippon Express
