PrimoCollect Group of Companies (“PrimoCollect”) - the largest independent
Ukrainian NPL operator and collection agency was founded in 2006 (Ultimo).
In July 2010 Abris Capital Partners, a large CEE Private Equity Fund, became a
majority shareholder of PrimoCollect Group. This acquisition symbolized a new
stage in development of the company and spurred its continuing growth at the
Ukrainian market. Mezzanine Management became a minority shareholder in late
2010. Our investors have large capital commitments to fund PrimoCollect growth
and NPL acquisition activity.

Purchase of Debt – providing clients with liquidity through acquisition of
portfolios of delinquent loans.

Outsource Debt Collection – providing clients with the full range of traditional
debt collections services, including all types of outsourced collections, including
soft, hard and legal, for all types of banking products.

Consulting – consulting clients on credit risk management, assessment of the
effectiveness and opportunities for improvement of the debt collection
processes, evaluation and development of scoring systems for clients, as well as
IT consulting.
