This document provides information about sign-ups for Bloomsburg Midget Football and Cheerleading. Sign-ups will take place on February 26th and March 26th from 6-8 PM at the Bloomsburg Middle School breezeway. The registration fee is $50 per player or cheerleader with a discount for multiple children. There will be a $10 late fee for registering after the sign-up dates and a $25 late fee after June 1st. Participants must be ages 7 to 13 as of November 1, 2014 and bring their birth certificate to registration.

Date & Time: Wednesday, February 26th & Wednesday, March 26th from 6:00-8:00 PM
Place: Bloomsburg Middle School Breezeway at the Swimming Pool Entrance
Registration Fee: $50.00 per Player/Cheerleader (multi-child discount).
***There will be a $10 late fee for anyone NOT registering on the above dates.
Anyone registering after June 1st will be charged a $25 late fee.
Jersey Fee: $35.00 (must be paid at time of registration)
Eligibility: Ages 7 through 13 – league age is determined by the age of the child as of
11/1/14 (13 year olds must be in 7th grade and under 155 lbs.). New participants must
