He will temporarily stay at our unit 1103 until the end of 2013. In consideration of you at our request
permitting Mr. Zayat to have access to our property premises, I hereby agree and undertake to keep full
responsibility to any of his action. Mr. Zayat also confirmed that he fully understood and will abide by
the rules and regulations.
