4. • OBJECTIVE:
• To train mainly young talents with proper training and to
launch many successful projects for research purpose.
• LESSON PLAN
• To deliver all the necessary equipment's for the training
• To deliver the best training by experienced astronauts and
scientist
• To make them to know the risk involving at different
situation
• To teach them the variation of temperature and gravity of
planets

• DEVELOP MATERIALS
• Materials which contains details about all the aviation
equipment
• Model of space shuttle and train them.
• TARGET GROUP
• Age group 35- 45
• TRAINING PERIOD
• 6 MONTHS (FULL TIME)

6. IMPLEMENTATION
• All these given training should be properly implemented in a
well organized way.
• The environment must be suitable for the training to be
conducted.
• All the safety measures should be immediately available.
