SEBI/CORPORATE UPDATES
 Regulator SEBI today barred two individuals Ashlesh Shah and
Dhirenkumar Dharmdas Agarwal from securities markets for five years for
involvement in fraudulent trading in the shares of Sword-Edge
Commercials Ltd. These individuals have violated regulations related to
PFTUP (Prohibition of Fraudulent Trade Practices) norms.
 India's capital market regulator is likely to approve more relaxed listing
norms aimed at encouraging the booming startup industry to tap the
proposed institutional trading platform (ITP). The Securities & Exchange
Board of India is to discuss the measures at its meeting on June 23.
