You can't use Google Analytics without a general Google Account. Either login to your account or create a new one at you may need to verify your account with a code via text message. Under properties look for Tracking Info>Tracking Code. Here you'll find the Global Site Tag code. Copy and paste the code, head over to your Shopify panel under Sales Channels>Online Store>Preferences. Scroll down to the Google Analytics and paste in your code.
