Virtually every floor or surface is different and most owners have no clue as to what it takes to get them back to
their original condition. By using the most innovative cleaning technology available today, our system virtually
restores your surface to a like new condition, all while working in harmony with our “Four Components” method.
These components are:
a) Powerful heating source capable of heating water to 220 degrees.
b) High pressure, up to 1200 psi as needed.
c) 21st
century produced emulsifiers that are EPA friendly and highly effective at loosening any the grime.
d) High power extraction system that will both remove and relocate the undesired muck, grime and or contami-
nants that were embedded on your hard surface.
Our system aggressively attacks the grime at the source and brings your surface to an optimum restoration in
four distinct areas. The four areas we address greatly affect your establishment in this way, by letting us come in
and restore your surface, we eliminate the grime at the source and we also prevent:
a) Mechanical breakdown Micro layers of build up that accumulates from conventional methods of so
called cleaning, actually compounds itself in time by daily mopping or deck scrubbing process. Now, because
your grout is alkaline in nature, this grime build up begins to breakdown and turns acidic. As this occurs, the acid
not in your grout or cement based floors, will begin to deteriorate the grout, thin set and tile and hence, de-
stroys your floors. This in turn adds to very expensive and highly inconvenient replacement. By letting us come in
on a periodic restoration cycle, we can save you thousands of dollars in costly replacement or repair costs.
b) Reduction in slips, trips and falls According to the 2006 Liberty Mutual Workplace Safety Index, the
annual direct cost of disabling occupational injuries due to slips, trips and falls is estimated to exceed $11 billion.
Again, this occurs for many different reasons, but no one can overlook the fact that if your floor has a greasy
residue buildup, then it only supports the case for a potential claim against you or your insurance company. We
eliminate any and all build up of any kind by our maintenance scheduled restoration services.

dirt, grease, grime, germs, bacteria, urea and any and all other organic matter that has been left embedded on or
beneath the surface layers of your hard and porous surfaces, break down, turn rancid and begin to set off gas
