2. How can my child join this club? Register for the program by downloading this form from the PRS website. Return the form to your child’s teacher. Once your form has been received, you will receive and email to let you know when you can begin the program and sign out your first book bag.
3. Select a bag from the book rack which are located in the front foyer. Be sure to choose a bag for your child’s current grade level.
4. Each bag has a “Self-Service Sign-Out Procedure ” card. On the back of this card is a photo list of the books that should be in that bag. Verify that all the books are the bag BEFORE you sign out the bag.
5. • A sign-out card is located in the outside pocket of each bag. • Parents should sign their child’s name and the current date on the card and place it in a index card box behind the number which corresponds to the number of the bag.
6. Please return the bag within 2 weeks. Remove the card from the index box, cross off your child’s name, and replace the card in the outside pocket of the book bag. Find your child’s record sheet in the Mad About Science notebook and write the date next to the bag that has been completed.
