the expense of eternal values
PERIZZITES The spirit of fear.
CANAANITES The spirit of materialism- leading to lust and greed
AMORITES The spirit behind evil speech, defiling by words- defamation and
gossip, swearing and blasphemy

3. The evil spirit Method Jesus use to overcome the giants
Girgashite Jesus set His face to go to Jerusalem to fulfill the purpose of God for His life-
to die on a Roman cross. There was no turning back for Jesus.
Hittite Jesus was so full of love for His Father God and for the human beings He
had created, including His enemies that there was simply no room for fear
in His heart. “Perfect love casts out fear”
Hivite He who loves His life in this world shall lose it. Jesus did not love His life but
sacrificed His life in the service of God to pay the price for the sins of the
World.
Amorite The speech of Jesus was always positive and constructive. When He spoke,
things happened. He never boasted or complained.
Perizzite Jesus was never unprotected or separated from God. He walked in total
obedience to the will of God for His life and was in constant fellowship with
His Father
Canaanite Jesus worked in the business World but was not conditioned by the
thinking of the World. He refused to bow the knee to the Canaanite
god of Mammon. He was in the World but was of it.
Jebusite “Neither do I condemn you.” Jesus did not come into this World to
judge the World but to save the World.
