Este documento describe las características y clases de los adverbios. Los adverbios son palabras invariables que complementan verbos, adjetivos u otros adverbios, indicando tiempo, lugar, modo, cantidad, afirmación, negación o duda. Existen diferentes clases de adverbios como los de lugar, tiempo, modo, cantidad, afirmación, negación y duda. Los adverbios terminados en -mente modifican adjetivos. Los adverbios también pueden formar parte de sintagmas adverbiales o adjetivales.
1. EL ADVERBIO
Es una palabra invariable
que complementa a un
verbo, a un adjetivo o a
otro adverbio Indica:
tiempo, lugar, modo,
cantidad, afirmación,
negación o duda.

3. EL ADVERBIO TERMINADO EN
-MENTE
Los adjetivos se
pueden transformar
en adverbios de
modo añadiéndole el
sufijo -mente.
4. EL ADVERBIO EN EL
SINTAGMA ADVERBIAL
Como ya se ha visto el
adverbio puede ser
complementado por
otros adverbios que
forman con el un
sintagma adverbial. El
adverbio principal tiene
la función de NUCLEO y
el secundario de
adyacente
5. EL ADVERBIO EN EL
SINTAGMA ADJETIVAL
Cuando el adverbio
modifica a un adjetivo
se forma un sintagma
adjetival. En este caso
el NUCLEO es el
adjetivo y el adverbio
es el adyacente

ADJETIVO, EL NUCLEO
SIEMPRE ES EL
SUSTANTIVO.
