Throughout the English legalsystemassignment, I able to put those legal theories intopractice.
For example, I canrefer to dictionariesor textbooks materials when I have doubt onstatutory
interpretationor even refer to a statue. Besides, I canunderstandwell on topic ofAlternative
Dispute Resolutionafter lecturer classas I know the role ofmediator sometimesmight be
challenge and difficult as the legalopinionor advise are controversial with the parties’ will. I’m
readyto participate inprofessional practice withinthe fieldof studyas I alreadyregistered
myself as volunteer to the legal aidcommittee. When I become the member, I canhave the
chance to approachto the client andrealcases.
I learn independentlywhile doingresearchduringthe preparationof English Legal System oral
presentation. I spend time in the librarymyselfto gather informationthat needed. Beside, I’m
also able to locate and utilize information effectivelybyputting themintomypresentation
slide. When comes to groupdiscussionabout the assignment, me cooperate withmygroup
members to findsolutionon the topic that given. We try to ourselves into the situationandtry
to put our view as the referencing method.
I think criticallyandcreativelyduringthe preparationof the English legal systemoral presentation
slide. I tryto put all the information in uniformorder as it does not look messyin order to let the
lecturer easyto readandunderstand. Wayof arrangement ofthe slide is alsoone of the
important keyfeature to decide whether our presentation slide is presentable. I defined and

I have understood team dynamics andmobilized the power ofteam works. A collaborate goals
inspiredandmotivatedall of us. We workhard together to gather allthe informationthat needed

class. Whenever I have different viewfrom myfriends, I will speakout my

of civic responsibilitythat everyone hasthe rights andfreedom to preserve
that the rules alreadyset bythe countyand history. Citizenalsopart of the
formationof a countryand shouldplaypart role to maintainthe
balance of the system andconcern more about communityissues.
I am able to utilize the use of ICT andrelated technologiesinpreparingthe assignment
presentation. For instance, I have learnt how to use Microsoft Power Point to prepare
presentation slide andI alsolearnt how to add animationto the presentationslide inorder to
draw reader’ attention.
