I am a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems at Mount Royal University in Calgary, Canada, where I have taught since 1997. I also teach cultural history in our university's General Education department. My teaching specialties are web application development, object-oriented design, technology and society studies, and, believe it or not, cultural history.
