How to Burn Your Candle
(To ensure the best JIC experience)
• Soy wax has a “memory”- the first time you burn it, make sure it melts completely
across to ensure it will melt evenly every time it’s burned in the future
• Wicks should be trimmed to 1/2” after every 3-4 hours of burning
• Scent is released through the melted wax. If your candle is burned for more than
3-4 hours at a time, you may notice a decrease in the scent throw due to the depth
of the melt
• Make sure to keep the candle out of drafts and high-traffic areas to prevent
smoking and/or uneven burning
• And, of course, never leave a burning candle unattended
