An introduction – general information about the
person (name, age, where you first met…).
A main body – physical appearance, personality,
hobbies/interestes. A new paragraph for each topic.
A conclusion – comments and feelings about that
person.
3. Language to use:
Use semi-formal style – don’t use informal words or
grammar
Use present tenses when you describe a person who
you meet often or know well
Linking words and phrases:
To add information: and, in addition, also,
moreover …
To contrast information: but, on the other hand,
however, nevertheless

She is cheerful. She is always smiling. She always
