Railway Station / Bus Stand Pick-up:
Since people would be coming via train, bus and personal vehicle, it would be very difficult to
track the movement. Moreover the timings of arrival might not be fixed.
Keeping this into consideration no pick-up facility has been provided.
However, auto-rickshaw facility is available 24x7 at railway station and central bus stand.
Railway Station / Bus Stand Drop:
Only drop facility from the venue to bus stand and railway station would be provided on 29th
December 2012.

No flight facility at Sambra airport in Belgaum.

Note: Discount of Rs.200.00 has been given to students who have availed lifetime membership of
KVSAA.

For example: An Ex student, member of KVSAA if attending the function would be charged as per
below calculation:

Spouse : 350.00
Two Children (Above 5 years) : 700.00 (Rs. 350.00 per children)

2. Make the payment.
