As you can see from this statistic taken from a survey conducted by the Singapore Human Resource Institute, many companies are offering Opportunities for continuous learning as a way to retain their staff. From this survey, you can see that employees themselves are beginning to see the importance of training and are looking for companies who offer them training to help them improve their job skills and perhaps hope for higher pay and employability.
