5. Most cheap oils contain trans-fat which is just another form of plastic. Trans-
fats arereally harmful and can enhance the risk of heart disorders, diabetes
and, in some cases, Alzheimer’s. They are produced when hydrogen is added
to vegetable oil. Trans-fats increase Low Density Lipoproteins (LDL) – the “bad
cholesterol” and lower High Density Lipoproteins (HDL) that we call “good

10. The Lower Bad Cholesterol Saturated Bad Fats
studies comparing the effects show that Canola
