MYTH 1 • Merely eating food rich in nutrients frequently keep us stay healthy TRUTH • Health is originally determined by the state and stage of your immune system, digestion , metabolism, circulation, internal and external drainage mechanisms , nature of diseases and their mode of management, mode of prevention of diseases etc. • To stay healthy, you need to eat LIGHT,RIGHT& COMPATIBLE NUTRIENTS to your body status and if sick, in accordance to disease statu when you are hungry and assimilate it wisely by regular adequate physical activity in empty stomach daily.
  3. 3. MYTH 2 • Tiredness is because of less food and if we are tired, we should eat more. TRUTH A previously active person can all of a sudden become tired most commonly by onset of an infective fever or by excess physical/ mental activity ( stress or grief) or by dehydration( poor intake of water) or by skipping timely food and staying hungry. Indigestion can also cause weakness and giddiness. It is important to know the reason and reverse it

MYTH 3 • NOT regularly applying oil on head will give head ache, hairloss and eye problems • TRUTH Oil massage on scalp and feet in HEALTHY AND HUNGRY status improve blood circulation in whole body . But not in disease status. Oil massage on head or body in infections, inflammatory diseases, poor digestive and metabolic status will create fatal consequences to one’s life . Oil massage does not prevent head ache or hair loss or eye problems

MYTH 4 • Rest and belt relieves joint pain TRUTH • Rest relieves joint pain which happened after continuos activities by joint but rather it enhances pain caused by inflammation by several reasons , the commonest reason of all joint pains.
