• The Rabbit Count – “Multiplying” “Health”
• 1 is dysfunctional,
• 2 is low functional but normal for mainline ch
• 3 is really good for mainline churches – often
a sign that there are evangelicals in the mix…,
• 4 is the energy of a wildfire.
• A church with 2 across the board is probably
slowly declining but functional, and may have
leader capacity (lay and clergy) to make some
very helpful and positive moves forward.
• When 3’s begin showing up, chances are
good that there is some growth.
