The Tiki Room open in Disneyland on June 23, 1963.
This is a major score for Walt Disney. This attraction
is the first to us Audio- Animatronics. Animatronics
are robots that look and move just as a real human

This day in history, the Walt Disney Company loses
their CEO and Founder. During this time, Disney
World was in the works. Walt Disney’s brother Roy
Disney takes over construction of this project.

Roy O. Disney opens Walt Disney World this day in history. During his
opening speech, Roy dedicates Walt Disney World to his brother
Walter Elias Disney.

The Disney Team determined that the demand for Disney
products is worldwide. In order to bring Disney closer to their
guests, the Disney Team opens Tokyo Disneyland.
