MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
In the event of a new infestation within the
contract duration, Ridpest shall be obligated to
install new baits to eliminate the target termite
colony without cost to the customer.
The Colony Elimination Cycle shall begin anew
and the 200% Money Back Guarantee is again
valid if this new colony elimination cycle
exceeds 120 days.

If termites from the COPTOTERMES sp. are
still found to be actively feeding on our
Ridpest Termite System
after 120 days after the
first reported feeding by
Ridpest; Ridpest shall
refund the full contract
or renewal amount
whichever is most recent.

On top of that, our customer will have the
option to:
Continue using Ridpest’s
service to treat the termites
infestation at no
additional charge
until the end of the paid
contract term or

infestation and Ridpest will
pay within 30 working days
up to the same amount of
the contract or renewal
value whichever is most
recent based on the official
invoice issued by the other pest control
