  1. “ Training needs analysis begins with identifying organizational needs in terms of capabilities, task needs assessment in terms of skill sets that are needed within the firm, and individual needs analysis to determine how employee skills fit with company needs.”
  2. Types of Assessment: Training can help a company perform better than it has ever performed Organizational needs-what the organization wants from its employees. What can the organization do to make their company better, and will training their employees help their company become more productive, and more worthwhile. Identifying Gaps- Trying to find out where there are gaps in the work flow process. Where is there needed help. Where can the company improve in its operations or any other type of field. Technical skills- is how a consultant can go and get help in a certain area which they are lacking skill.
  3. Instead of depending on outsource we want to make our employees to be trained to reach organization goals.
  4. Organizational Benefits: Why provide a kind of training. Know what their training needs are. Why provide a kind of training. Justifying costs in relation to training benefits. Align training with your business goals and objectives. Assists in preparing employees for new appointments or enlarged job roles. Monitor the progress of your organization in achieving its training goals .
  5. Employee Benefits: Many employees get benefit out of performing training. Employees get more job knowledge and realize they have choices in their futures.
