1. Transfer Title’s Closing Market TM Connection to Ellie Mae’s Encompass TM
2. What is Closing Market? Closing Market is a business to business electronic service portal that allows participants to market, order and exchange products and services required in the Real Estate closing process.
8. Order Title Services To submit an order, select the title company from the list that is displayed. Click “Order” Enter title company name Select “View All”
10. Order Title Services Select Product(s) Add comments or notes to send to the title company Include necessary attachments The Title Agent field can be edited as needed Click “Send Order” You will receive a message confirming that the order was successfully submitted. Select “Title” or “Closing/Escrow” tab, depending on what you are ordering
11. Document Return The order(s) is added to the log and the status “ordered” is displayed. Check status by selecting “View Document” icon to the right of Title & Closing
12. Document Return A complete list of documents published by Closing Market is displayed.
13. Document Return Select the checkbox for the document(s) you wish to import Select “Retrieve”
14. Document Return The document is displayed The document can be assigned to a new document type by selecting “Assign As” Name the new document Select “Add” The document will be saved into the eFolder when this screen is closed.
15. Document Return A document can also be assigned to one of the ordered documents. Select the ordered document from the Assign Document drop down list. The document will be saved into the eFolder when this screen is closed.
16. Document Return The View Document list will show documents that have been received and documents ordered but not yet received. Repeat the “Assign Document” process for each document needed.
17. Document Return In the eFolder, you can see documents Assigned and Received. You can see documents in “Ordered” status. And you can see documents that you used the “Assign As” to assign to a new order.
