This equipment allows you to test the bonding strength of high strength adhesives used in wood / furniture industry.

Operation Procedure

2. Assemble the
machine
• The machine is supplied fully assembled.
• Connect air supply to the Air Pressure
Regulator and from that to the Flow Control
Valve at the back of the machine.
• Keep air supply under 5 kg/cm2 pressure.
• Connect Loadcell & Solenoid Cables as
shown.

3. Place Sample
in Slot. Ensure
that the joint is
slightly above
the clamp line.
Adjust clamp
position if
required.

4. Press Start button
(from controller
or software)
• The machine will start
• Piston will come out and push the
pressing bar against the top half of
the sample.
• As soon as the sample breaks, the
machine should detect the failure,
stop automatically and reverse.
• However if the machine doesnot
stop even after sample break,
press STOP manually.
