      profession? If so how?
   3) How will I continue with this activity after I start work, when I am
      faced with time constraints?
   4) What does this hobby/activity say about me as a person?

2) Career Goals

  The purpose is to access whether you have clarity when it comes to
  your career.
  Following are the questions that are to be answered in this category:
  1) What made you choose your under graduate stream?
  2) Why you did not do PG in same stream?
  3) When and how did you first become interested in management?
  4) Where do you see yourself 5 years down the line?
  5) Where do you see yourself 10 years down the line?

  Personality can be groomed but character is more internal
  Following are the questions that are to be answered in this category:
  1) What are you like as a person?
  2) When did you come to know about your strengths and weakness?
  3) What are you doing about your weakness – prove that you want to get rid of your
     weakness?
  4) How do you visualize your success? Has success changed you any way? How?
  5) What are your priorities in life & why?
  6) Describe any crises that you were a part of & how did you handle this crisis?
  7) What is your dream in life?
