The molecular weight of dimethyl amine is greater than the methyl amine. The molecular weight
increases the size of the molecule increases, hence the inter molecular force (IMF) of attractions
also increases. Therefore the boiling point (BP) also increases. So methylamine has a lower BP
than dimethylamine.
