putting x=1 and y=3.5
a+b+c=3.5

putting x=2 and y=5.6
4a+2b+c=5.6
putting x=3 and y=6.4
9a+3b+c=6.4
solving three equations we get,

b=4.05
c=0.1
y=-0.65x^2+4.05x+0.1
