2. Who Are We ?
Pathway Recruitment is the recruitment division of Pathway Group. We are a ‘non-
High Street’ recruitment consultancy based in the West Midlands, specialising in the
recruitment of high calibre personnel at all levels for a variety of sectors; including
education training welfare to work, health and social care and technical posts. We are
known for building success by providing a high quality service to clients and candidates
in Permanent, Temporary and Contract assignments.
We predominately work with Private & Government Funded Training Organisations,
Training Consortiums and FE Colleges. We can recruit nationally for individual posts or
as part of a campaign/project.
Being an outcome focused organisation we are responsive and flexible in providing our
clients with bespoke recruitment solutions that match their individual needs – whatever
their recruitment process entails, working in a way that best suits them.
All Pathway Recruitment we are not only knowledgeable in terms of recruiting within
the W2W, Training / FE Sectors. Our sister organisation is a training provider and
welfare to work provider in its own right and can also offer additional services in

Responsive, Flexible & Affordable…
At Pathway we are proud of being able to provide high quality recruitment service that
is both flexible, responsive and is at affordable rates.
We adopt a fair pricing strategy that provides excellent value for money for our clients.
All our work is done on an outcome only basis – if you don’t take one of our candidates
then you have nothing to pay!
Our one off permanent fees are as follows:
• 7.5% of the starting salary for positions under £25k – with an 8 week rebate
period!
•10% of the starting salary for positions over £25k – with a 13 week rebate period!
Example: Candidate with starting salary of £20k, we charge 7.5%
= One of Fee of £1500 + VAT (8 week rebate)
We also offer flexible payment options that enable you to spread the cost of
recruitment, whilst letting us share any potential risk! In these uncertain times, these
options are proving more and more popular:
• For positions with a salary under £25k we charge 1% per month of the starting
salary for 10 months – If the candidate leaves / is dismissed then payments stop!
•For positions with a salary over £25k we charge 1% per month of the starting
salary for 12 months – If the candidate leaves / is dismissed then payments stop!
Example: Candidate with starting salary of £20k, we charge 1% x 10
= £200 per month for 10 months, (payments simply stop if candidates leave)
We also offer PSL Rates for organisations who appoint Pathway as their Preferred
Suppliers. In this scenario, when there are a steady supply of vacancies we look to
build a long standing relationship and are open to negotiate our rates.

Temporary and Contract Staffing are flexible, valuable tools that have become increasingly widespread, helping companies address the challenges of a competitive and ever-
changing employment market. Pathway Recruitment is able to source Training / FE professionals of varying skill sets and experience who can fill key positions temporarily or
execute major projects. Whether the appointment is one off or ongoing, we are able to offer our clients an efficient and comprehensive service.
We realise that candidates in temporary or contract roles are often needed to assume their roles immediately, and our database of experienced professionals allows us to conduct
a very swift search. Clients may also choose whether they wish to pay their employee an hourly rate or a pro rata salary for a fixed term contract.
We understand that every situation is unique and we tailor our solutions accordingly. However, there are benefits that are common to each type of contract recruitment.
Temporary workers:
•Employers are only invoiced for hours actually worked
•No pay-roll costs
•No Employers National Insurance Contributions
•Short Notice Periods
•Great for back-logs of work, sudden increases in workload or to cover holidays / absence
•Asses the suitability of a permanent vacancy – this can also be a good way to trial candidates before taking them on (Temp-2-Perm)
Contractors including Freelancers
•Stability from both the employer's and employee's perspective, which can be further enhanced by a loyalty bonus payable at the end of the contract.
•Employers can expect the same levels of commitment and loyalty as from a permanent employee, whilst also dispensing with unnecessary overtime payments or long-term
commitment.
