 To manage consistently the multiple project execution interfaces from detailed engineering to
procurement, construction and site activities
 Monitor and ensure that Contractor performs all interface activities in accordance with its
obligations under the contract.
 Assist to identify, document, and resolve interface activities of the project team between
disciplines as well as Contractor and its subcontractors.
 Support the Project Manager in resolving all interfaces between Company, Contractor and its

 Develop and maintain an overall interface Plan for projects covering all identified and potential
interfaces. Ensure the development of an interface plan relative to activities as per the contract.
 Ensure that all interface related requirements are met during detailed engineering and according
to the Project milestone schedule and completion priorities.

 Overall incharge for Monitoring Installation of Electro/Mechanical works for the sites DIGITAL
MICROWAVE, JUNCTION DIGITAL MICROWAVE, FIBRE OPTIC REPEATER STATION & SMALL
EXCHANGE BUILDING REDUCED TELEPHONE EXPANSION PROJECT Kingdom wide.
 Responsible for all Sub-contractors ensure their labour ,testing equipments & plant are in keeping with
high standards required as per project specification.
 Responsible for maintaining Daily Log Sheets, Inspection Request for Electro/ Mechanical works & Site
Logs for depict actual site construction completed daily.
 Responsible for conducting weekly site progres meetings with SAUDI TELECOM/NORCONSULT
& Sub-contractor to discuss items such as design,scheduling & revisions.
 Responsible for Field Inspection Sheets confirming percentage of Installation works for HVAC, ELECTRICAL,
GENRETOR, EARTHING SYSTEM & FIRE DETECTION ALARM SYSTEM accomplished by the Sub-con
during the indicated period .
 Responsible for conducting joint Inspection of Electro/Mechanical works with SAUDI
TELECOM / NORCONSULT confirming complaince with project specifications.
 Responsible for arranging & conducting required Installations tests of HVAC,ELECTRICAL
DISTRIBUTION,DIESAL GENERATOR,FIRE PROTECTION & EARTHING SYSTEMS with
SAUDI TELECOM/NORCONSULT to demostrate that the buildings has met functional & specific
requirements stated in the contract specifications.
 Responsible for arranging & conducting PRILIMANARY ACCEPTANCE TEST PLAN with SAUDI
TELECOM/NORCONSULT to demonstrate functional compliance with Electrical works, Generator
works, Fire Protection, Air-conditioning works , Plumbing & a series of visual inspections, & quality
control checks.
 Responsible for arranging & conducting Prilimanary Acceptance Test Plan with
