This presentation attempts to highlight how a conference call takes place in an IT company. Though it is an attempted rant, but this situation can be found in any big organization. I have experienced a part of it myself.

18. For the first time, he leaves the microphone and looks around for someone to make an eye contact with.
19. A poor QA engineer sitting next to the Senior Developer who is sitting at an angle of approximately 26 degrees to the boss commits the sin.
20. The boss assigns the technical question to that poor QA engineer and feels emphatic to have dodged the question himself.
21. After some more discussion for 37 minutes the client hangs up, indicating the end of the conference call.
