• 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces and softened
• 1 1/2 cups dulce de leche, at room temperature
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
