The good understanding of team work and team building a critical for every work success. E.g. .football team work assesses the ability to solve problems and meet goal in work situated. </li></ul>

Work relationship seem to have rule <ul><li>Work relationships seem to have Rules:- </li></ul><ul><li>Accept fair share of work. </li></ul><ul><li>Cooperate in sharing resources. Help each other when asked. </li></ul><ul><li>Ask for help and advice. </li></ul><ul><li>Don’t think superior from other. </li></ul><ul><li>Try to supervise each other. </li></ul>

Effective team work <ul><li>Spend lot of time in work and in play. </li></ul><ul><li>Talk with each other </li></ul><ul><li>Good team quick to apologize and quick to appreciate </li></ul><ul><li>Never rescue never lie </li></ul><ul><li>Never stop helping each other. </li></ul><ul><li>Believe in ‘learn as we go’ </li></ul>

Necessity of Team work <ul><li>Team work is very necessary because together brings the knowledge and skill of people which help in identify and in solving mutual problems. Instead of working individually the work will be easy if work together as team form. .
