Another significant value is social justice. These type of
workers should with an objective to create awareness
related to different social things such as discrimination,
poverty, and unemployment. Furthermore, a worker must
be aware of the respect and worth of every human exist,
and work dedicatedly work towards their betterment of

acquainted with the importance of human relationships,
and help people whose relationships are unstable. Finally,
they should be competent in their respective field so that
they are able to help people overcome their problems.

5. There are also some ethical standards, same as followed by
Active Member of Congress, in which workers should follow in
all sorts of terms and condition. They should be fully devoted
to the well-being of their clients and put it above the own
personal gains. They must have the permission of an
individual before providing them with any sort of help and
assistance, and not allowed to compel anyone for something.
