EngagementOverviewThe Penetration Test (PenTest), to be conducted by Centralia Security
Lab (CSL), has developedthe Rules of Engagement that will be used to describe the target
systems, the scope of the test, itsconstraints, and the appropriate notifications and/or
disclosures that will be made to HaverbrookInvestment Group L.L.L.P. (HIG). In addition,
CSL will provide a detailed report to HIG withinseven (7) working days after the conclusion
of the agreed-upon testing period by both parties.CSL’s ultimate goal is to disclose to HIG all
of the tools, techniques, and procedures used toperform the test, as well as to avoid
corrupting data, violating privacy agreements, and losingHIG’s confidence. Finally, CSL
pledges to be as transparent as possible by following industrystandards, all state and
federal laws, and regulations.CSL and HIG will review, modify, and sign a 30-day contract
prior to the commencement of anyPenTest on HIG systems. The contract will clearly define
CSL’s objectives throughout eachphase of the PenTest and its responsibilities as listed
