Assessment:Upon completion of the session, participants will submit a 750-word reflection
essay to be graded by the instructor. The essay will include the participant’s critical
reflection on the rationale, uses, strengths and weaknesses of the concepts and tools
introduced and discussed during the session. The essay will demonstrate understanding of
the concepts and tools, as well as an appreciation of how they may be implemented in the
particular context.The lecture notes will be shared once order is confirmed.
