strategy and any specific operational issues. Chapter 1 of the report summarizes your
conclusions from the analysis of the external and internal environment. You are required to
send this particular chapter only.Second part of it should be a recommendation of how
Amazon should improve based on the issues identified in the first section. It should have an
executive summary. Section 2 of the report are your strategic recommendations. The board
also would like to have an executive summary of the main findings and your
recommendations that must be handed in together with Chapter 2. Please note that you
need to submit the entire report to the board of directors (with improvements of the first
chapter).
