Virgin Media needed to migrate from their WebEx Social collaboration platform to Jive after Cisco announced the end of life for WebEx Social. Sei Mani was hired to create a migration tool after Cisco failed to deliver their own migration tool. Sei Mani delivered a minimum viable product migration tool in 16 weeks that preserved content, communities, relationships, and search from WebEx Social to Jive. The migration was a success, preserving Virgin Media's institutional memory and allowing a transition period before employees started using the new Jive platform in February 2016.
