2. GET AN GMAIL ACCOUNT
• To create an account in wordpress, firstly we
must have a valid email account. (gmail,
hotmail, yahoo, etc.)
• We will use Google Drive to share some
documents. For this reason, we must have a
gmail account.
• Follow this link to create a Gmail Account.

3. GOOGLE DRIVE
• Google Drive is a file storage and synchronization service
created by Google. It allows users to store files in the cloud,
synchronize files across devices, and share files.
• Google Drive encompasses Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, an
office suite that permits collaborative editing of documents,
spreadsheets, presentations, drawings, forms, and more.
• Drive starts you with 15 GB of free Google online storage, so
you can keep photos, stories, designs, drawings, recordings,
videos – anything.
• You can quickly invite others to view, download, and
on all the files you want–no email attachment needed.

4. USING GOOGLE DRIVE
• Login in to your gmail account. While you are logged on, type
drive.google.com on the address bar. This will direct you to
drive.

10. SHARING FOLDERS AND FILES
• To share a folder or a file, right-click and select Share.
• Then, click over Advanced.
When you share a folder,
also all of the content will
be shared too.

11. SHARING FOLDERS AND FILES
• Now only you can access to your folder. To share it on public,
click over Change. Then select On-Public on the web and save
it.
• If you want to make your folder and its content editable by the
users who has the link, change Access option.

• Now you can copy the link and you can use it.
