Area Required:
• Minimum installation area required is 10 m X 3 m.
• Proper drain points near the machine have to be
provided.
Water Inlet & Outlet:
• You have to connect machine to the 4000 L - 5000 L
overhead tank, and minimum water pressure to be
maintained at 1.5 - 2.0 bar.
• The capacity of the overhead tank: 4000 – 5000
Litres.
• During the operation, whenever the tank water level
gets reduced, the mechanical float valve monitors
and starts feeding the water in and fills the loss.

After assembling the machine, a trial run to check the proper operation of the
machine without full load is conducted.
The main purpose of the Trail run or Dry run of the machine is to inspect chain
drive and its alignment and operation for smooth feeding of crates.
• Check has to be done for any abnormal sounds or vibrations. If found any,
proper adjustments are to be taken care of.
• Check and tight any loose ends or fittings causing abnormal vibrations which
lead to unusual sounds.
• Check the alignment of chain tracks.
• Check the feeding of utensils.
