12. MACHINE OPERATION (PREPARATION / MAINTENANCE )
Before using the coffee machine, Check the condition of machine and report
any defects identified to supervisor through phone calls / whatsapp.
Attach milk container with the machine
Fill water, coffee bean, milk in the machine
Switch on the machine for operation
Check the display board.
Start preparing beverage
Follow the display instruction for operation and maintenance.
Clean the machine as per method statement (Ref : ABH-03-02-0001)
Update the checklist (ABH-03-12-0001 REV1:10-08-2022) as mentioned in
the timing.
Report incident and observations to the supervisor daily.
